Welcome to Templify MCP. Templify connects your AI agent to a proposal workflow built on Google Workspace. To get started, open the Templify website and select Templify MCP. Copy the installation prompt, paste it into Codex or another compatible AI agent, and let the agent configure the connection. Once setup is complete, you are ready to create your first proposal template.
Start by asking the agent to generate a reusable presentation template. Provide a website or another visual reference for the design, then choose the type of Google Workspace file you want and where it should be created. If important information is missing, Templify asks for clarification before continuing.
Templify generates the presentation following the style of the reference website. When the process is complete, the agent returns the newly created templates and their links. In this example, two versions are generated: a local presentation and a Google Slides file stored in Google Drive. The Google Slides presentation uses colors, layouts, typography, and visual components based on the reference website. The template also contains placeholders that identify content that can be personalized later. You can repeat this process using your own brand, design system, or a customer-specific visual style.
Next, turn the reusable template into a personalized customer proposal. Give the agent relevant customer context, such as notes or a transcript from a discovery call, and ask Templify to generate the proposal. Templify uses that information to replace placeholders with customer-specific content while preserving the original structure and design. The result is created as a separate Google Slides presentation, so the reusable template remains unchanged. You can open the new presentation and review the personalized content before sharing it with the customer.
Finally, ask the agent to publish the completed proposal. Templify converts the Google Slides presentation into a client-facing web experience and returns a shareable link. The published proposal preserves the presentation structure and displays it as a desktop web page that customers can explore. After sharing the proposal, ask Templify to check its engagement. The agent retrieves proposal analytics, including recorded views and activity. From template creation and personalization to publishing and engagement tracking, the workflow is available through your AI agent.
